Filling and pressure measuring unit

The mobile filling and pressure measuring unit BDMG01 from Industrie-Hydraulik Vogel & Partner GmbH consists of a space-saving, maneuverable and mobile base frame, a tank, a motor-pump combination, a pressure gauge, two ball valves and various accessories.

This makes it possible to carry out different work steps with one device

Rinse as well
Fill
Checking the cooling systems for leaks

Filling and rinsing unit

With the mobile filling and flushing unit, the maintenance and service of engine and cooling circuits on public transport vehicles can be carried out even more easily and flexibly.

Pneumatic control cabinets

In addition to advice on pneumatic components and units, we supply pneumatic control cabinets manufactured according to customer specifications.

Aggregate with clamping device

The hydraulic unit is designed for clamping workpieces in welding machines. Depending on the design of the welding machine, a defined number of clamping cylinders (Prazen) are actuated hydraulically, i.e. these apply pressure to two workpieces and fix them. The fixed workpieces are then connected to each other using inert gas welding.

After the connection has been made, the workpiece is released again by relieving the load on the clamping cylinders (Prazen) and can be removed from the device. The workpiece is clamped and relaxed by operating a foot switch. Another function that the hydraulic unit implements is the positioning of a workpiece via a double-acting hydraulic cylinder by operating a 2-hand control.

In order to enable the hydraulic unit to work energy-efficiently during the welding process, clamping is actively carried out via a hydraulic accumulator loading operation. Possible leaks are covered by the withdrawal volume of a bladder accumulator. If the extraction volume is exhausted, the electric motor is started again using a signal from an electronic pressure switch and the storage is loaded again. After reaching the maximum storage pressure, the electric motor is switched off again with an adjustable delay between (15-30) s.

Fill level and fluid temperature are monitored by control technology.
